(NOVAFW) Northern Virginia Fashion Week is programmed to happen from February 20 to February 27, 2010 at McLean, VA. This big event called NOVAFW is expected to expose the clientele and industry people to the mainly urbane trends at Northern Virginia. Many people are going to benefit from this week long manifestation of trials in promotion. Nordstrom, Lord & Taylor and Bloomingdales will be the participants of this gigantic event, they all will work under the hood of Tyons Corner Center.
On the occasion Andrew Roby, Executive Director of NOVAFW said “Being able to partner with Tysons Corner Center will allow us to produce a fall and spring Fashion Week starting in 2010. Our Fall fashion week in Feb was a stepping stone and we have to continue providing a standardize fashion week in this region.”
A new Website has been launched in grounding the forthcoming Fall Fashion week – NOVAFW. Visitors can make donations and also can read latest updates of Fashion week. This website will also reflect the hard work of NOVAFW and associates to become fair trade and ECO Friendly Fashion Week.
For the future generation designers, a student designer competition would be arranged for area’s fashion schools and an award will be given. This competition will explore more out of students
